July Abs

Alrighty, night shifts stuffing up the timing a little bit, but yesterdays workout was the July Abs routine that Tess had found. Bit of a killer and I hope you took your moonboot off for those leg raises Tess!

The goal here is to find exercises that are low impact, ideal for someone wearing a moonboot due to a fractured foot for three more weeks!
